It took me a few tries to get to used to it but after that it is a really fun game the only thing wrong is that there is no story mode

For .99 Cents This App Is Pretty Good, Keeps You Busy For A Bit. One Thing I Would Like To See Added Is Difficulty Settings, Unlockables, Story Mode, Maybe With Alternate Choices That Lead To Different Endings... Like Choosing Who You Want To Attack Or Whos Side You Want To Be On So That Later In The Game/Story You Have Optional Allies With Different Special Skills Or Enemies With Special Skills That Can Affect The Way War Goes. Every time I try to resume this game nothing happens! Fun though

Its a fun game! Just wish it would stop crashing every time I tap on resume game though! Developers are doing nothing about it :(

Remove OpenFeint! Those annoying "can not connect" pop ups are a deal breaker here. 1 star until its removed!

Pretty nice and interesting game. Reminds me some card games from the past... I like it. Techno setting rocks here. Hmm… Advantages: - Easy - Pretty - Fair AI - Nice graphics Disadvantages: - Cant turn sound off by hardware switcher. (That’s a bit annoying). - No landscape mode, probably it would be better, but who knows. My Rate: 5+

But one level is not what I expected. This could be a trial version, not a full game. More levels and stuff and this will be a one good game!

Hehehe the most funnies thing i ever saw in Appstore... Excellent graphics, would take some time to master this game, definitely not the "purchase, finish and throw away" thing.

Okay... so its some sort of card game. I hope to figure it out soon so I can enjoy it. Im not getting it yet.

Too easy. You can just rush build your stronghold to 60. I just won a round in under 2 minutes.

I like this game and it is pretty coop buy it is lacking elements that make it great. The game is pretty easy, altough I like the idea that you win if your stronghold reaches 60, but that can be done really easy really quick; which is a huge buzz kill. Also it is very silent, needs a bit of music. The graphics are nice but all the attacks looks the same that also takes from the excitement. The idea of the game is great and certainly it can become the best, for now it is ok; it can be enjoyed for a bit though.

This game is freaking awesome. Only recommendation is an option to turn off the nukes!!!!

An interesting concept, nice graphic, but need more features - campaign mode, play against friend on one device (hot seat) and something what would make it something more than play-five-times-than-forget. Waiting for upgrade, becouse it could be good game. Now, its not.

Strongholds is a great game for fans of turn-based card strategy. You are given a base and your objective is to either build your base up to 60 and launch a nuke, or destroy the other teams base, whichever comes first. The strategy comes with picking the right cards for the job. You are to choose from cards that either help you, or hurt the enemy, or both (with some other variations) Its a great pick up and play game and each game takes about 3-5 mintues depending on how seasoned you are. The game is a bit lacking on content, as of now, there is only 1 level with a local high score table. I would love to see different and interesting modes, along with added levels (maybe each level can have a specific theme/mode associated with it) Also, Id love to see online high score tables as well, and achievements to prolong longevity. For these reasons, I give it 4/5 stars. The developer promises updates, so it may be 5/5 stars soon enough.

This to me is a great casual game to pick up and play. This is not an RTS (though the great graphics may make it look like one on the screenshots) it is more of a strategy card game. I like this type of card games so I was able to get started quickly and play a couple of games. Games are short, so it is a good way of passing the time in line, etc.

Make more cards, and upgrades for our stronghold, other than that great game
